TERMS OF SERVICE

Introduction

Welcome to Modding Central!
These Terms of Service outline the policies and regulations for the usage of the Modding Central Website, located at moddingcentral.cc.

By using and interacting with our website, you confirm that you have read and accept our Terms of Service document and agree with it fully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must discontinue usage of the Website immediately. This policy is in effect as of the 15th of April 2024 at 00:00 GMT.

1. Definitions
  • "You", "Your", "the Customer" and "Yours" refer to the person/entity using our services.
  • "Our", "Us", "Ours" and "We" refers to ourselves (Modding Central); the provider of the services.
  • "the website" refers to the Modding Central website.
  • "the service(s) and item(s)" refers to the services and products sold/provided on the Modding Central website.
  • "third parties" and "other parties" refers to external providers that provide us with certain features or other services.
2. Availability
  • 2.1: We cannot guarantee any item listed on the website will always be available for purchase.
  • 2.2: In the event that an item is unavailable for any reason, we cannot be held liable for any losses or inconvenience caused as a result.
  • 2.3: The amount of inventory shown for a product on the website is not a guarantee, and can increase or fluctuate at any given time.
  • 2.4: We do not offer certain items in all countries.
3. Orders and Purchasing
  • 3.1: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • 3.1.1: We believe that your order will cause harm to the website and/or regular operation of the website.
    • 3.1.2: We suspect unauthorized tampering/modification.
    • 3.1.3: You are prohibited from placing orders on the website.
    • 3.1.4: Improper use/abuse of a discount/reduction.
    • 3.1.5: You have entered fraudulent or otherwise untrue billing information.
  • 3.2: We sometimes offer warranties on some items purchased from our website, see section 6 for restrictions and limitations.
  • 3.3: The amount of inventory shown for a product on our website is not a guarantee, and can increase or fluctuate at any given time.
  • 3.4: If you are placing an order on the website on behalf of another entity, you warrant that you have full authority to do so.
  • 3.5: Your order is an offer to purchase from us. Nothing that we say or do amounts to acceptance of your offer until your order has been confirmed by us.
  • 3.6: Acceptance of your order is confirmed via an e-mail confirmation after your order has been placed.
  • 3.7: If some or all of ordered items are unavailable after we have accepted your order, we will:
    • 3.7.1: Cancel all, or parts of, your order
    • 3.7.2: Offer an alternative item
4. Prices and Payments
  • 4.1: We reserve the right to review or suspend a payment, for reasons including, but not limited to:
    • 4.1.1: We suspect fraud/misuse of a payment card.
    • 4.1.2: The offered price has changed at the time of purchase.
    • 4.1.3: A discount offered is no longer available.
  • 4.2: The prices listed on the website can be changed at any time, without notifying previous or new customers.
  • 4.3: We cannot take responsibility for any other bank charges or fees you are charged for purchasing from our website.
  • 4.4: We reserve the right to charge a service fee for any order.
  • 4.5: Card payments are not processed through our website. We use third party payment provider(s) to capture funds and facilitate payments.
  • 4.6: We reserve the right to update, remove or restrict access to discounts and offers offered by the website at any time.
5. Returns and Refunds
  • 5.1: Refund requests can be delayed due to the following reasons:
    • 5.1.1: External system/technical errors.
    • 5.1.2: Bank processing timeframes of refunds.
  • 5.2: We do not accept returns for some items.
  • 5.3: We will not offer a refund if a dispute/chargeback is initiated for the original payment.
  • 5.4: We reserve the right to charge a service fee for a refund request, depending on the nature of the refund request.
6. Warranties
  • 6.1: While we offer warranties on some of our products, they can be voided for the following reasons:
    • 6.1.1: The related payment was refunded or disputed.
    • 6.1.2: The warranty has expired.
    • 6.1.3: The warranty has been used already.
    • 6.1.4: The product has been used and invalidated for reasons caused by you.
  • 6.2: We reserve the right to update a warranty policy at any time. If we have accepted an order with a different warranty policy, you will only be entitled to the old warranty policy.
7. Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to process charges associated with your order. Facilitation fees charged are inclusive in order totals.

You must provide us with valid and current billing information. If we detect a chargeback or if any payment is not received by us for any reason from your card or account, you will promptly pay us any and all amounts due to us upon notice. Any failure or inability by us to process any payment hereunder does not relieve you from your payment obligations and your purchased service may be cancelled/revoked.
